Returns

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and we handle every query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days starting from the day your order was delivered to request a full refund or exchange. If you have decided your order doesn’t fit, we can exchange this for a new size/style free of charge, based on stock availability. If you have made a special pre order this is non refundable special production purchase.

All items purchased in-store can be exchanged or returned with 14 days from the date of purchase. You will be eligible only for gift vouchers or an exchange to the same value.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund. To return items, contact us at hello[at]oftt.world with your order number and we will instruct you accordingly. If you decide to refuse to pay the tax and return the parcel, please note that we will deduct from your refund any import duties related to your return.

Returning/exchanging your purchase

Send an email to inform us of your return.
Place the item(s) in the original packaging.
Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order. 
Close the bag and tape securely.
Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods. 

Goods must be delivered to our address only.

To make the process as easy as possible, we ask you to send the unused item/s in the original packaging, back to us at your cost. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused and display any returns tags to receive a full refund, our shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
 We cannot be responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Exchanges will be set at the price you paid, not the price in the currency concerned at the date of exchange. Taxes, duties, and return shipping fees are not refunded. Refunded items where no items are kept from the order will include a deduction of the delivery cost related to the package sent at the time of sending. 

We are a small independent and sustainable brand with a small yet dedicated team. We work with the best factories in Europe to create the best quality products at the right price.
